Community standard
Code of Conduct
Respect, safety, and inclusion are expected across every Music City Tech community space.
Status: No event is currently scheduled. These standards remain the baseline for any future Music City Tech activity.
Expected conduct
Participants must follow common-sense standards for public behavior, personal interaction, courtesy, and respect for private property. Harassment is not tolerated.
Harassing behavior includes deliberate intimidation, stalking, sustained disruption, inappropriate physical contact, sexual or discriminatory imagery or comments, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Enforcement
Music City Tech may remove a participant who does not follow this policy. During an active event, anyone who feels unsafe or observes a violation should contact an identified organizer or crew member immediately.
Diversity and inclusion
Music City Tech values diversity among organizers, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, vendors, and attendees. The community benefits from a broad range of ideas, skills, backgrounds, and experiences. Participation and submissions from groups historically underrepresented at technology conferences are welcomed and encouraged.
